Shipping methods

We offer both national and international shipping by mail or courier service. 

The shipping costs depend on the country to which the package is to be sent.

The products are ready for shipment the next working day after ordering and receipt of payment.

The delivery time in Germany is 1-3 working days, to Europe 7-10 working days and all other countries (USA, Asia) 10-30 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays),

Due Corona crisis the package delivery outside Europe can take more than 4 weeks. If you want to have your package delivered in less than 4 weeks (usually between 2-3 weeks) please choose DHL-Premium option

After the goods have been shipped to your e-mail address, a confirmation with a reference number will be sent to your e-mail address, allowing you to track the shipment.

The shipment is insured and sent by DHL Paket or Deutsche Post registered mail.
